Amazing staff, delicious breakfast, nice clean rooms with good value. Good location.

The noise going on due to construction sometimes.

It’s beautiful and so well built with tile, intricate molding and a spiral staircase. The staff are so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The food amazing and the room comfortable.

The property is in a great location, was clean, quiet and safe. I owe a huge thank you to The staff, Muslim and Madina, who were both extremely helpful, friendly and kind. They arranged my airport transit which was punctual, comfortable and easy. Good value for the price. They even gave me a spreadsheet of restaurants they recommend, complete with pricing codes!

The property was like the description and the photos. It was in a great location with a cozy courtyard and friendly personnel. Their breakfast was a great way to start the day. It was close to everything while also being away from the hustle and bustle.

Filtered coffee wasn’t great, however, they made Turkish coffee every morning on request.

The staff, room and breakfast were wonderful. The location was very convenient but still a little secluded.

What a lovely small hotel... quaint and convenient. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is excellent as well.On the second night of my stay the AC broke down. The staff moved me to a new room which was really pretty. No one made any sort of a fuss.

The property is conveniently located to many old town highlights but tucked away so it’s quiet. Breakfast was fantastic.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

It was just okay. Room itself was clean, a few stains on the duvet cover. Bed was comfortable. Staff did book my shuttle to and from airport and 60€ each way.

When I first arrived no staff was around. I waited 20 mins before anyone showed up. Check in went good after that and they did book my shuttle to and from the airport €60 each way. They did serve a small breakfast with made to order eggs. Breakfast timing was 7:30-10:30 the first day I arrived at breakfast around 7:45, not everything had been brought out, no coffee was made, no utensils to use for the food that was out. I had a guided tour that morning and wanted to get some food into me before I left, after 5 mins I was asked which kind of eggs I wanted, it took 20 mins to receive my egg order, I had to quickly eat as I needed to leave for my tour. The second day of breakfast, I arrived at just before 8am, again no coffee was made, and no staff to be found. I waited until 8:35 and still no staff and no coffee, I was able to have a bowl of yogart as a few things were out. Maybe they should change the timing of the breakfast if it is not going to be up and running by 7:30 so people can plan to go else where to fit breakfast into their schedule for the day. The room was decent for the price but you can hear all of your neighbors in their rooms. My door handle was falling off and I couldn’t get into my room the first time I tried, I had to go back down to the reception desk and brought them to my room to show the issue with the door handle and I was told it would be looked at. This issue was never fixed during my whole stay. I couldn’t close my door all the way as I struggled several times to get in and after a long day out I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get into my room again.

Beautiful converted Turkish house in a great location for access to so many things. The garden is wonderful for some afternoon peace from the hustle of Istanbul. The rooms are lovely and the beds sublimely comfortable.

There is not much privacy in the bathrooms, as the walls are more frosted glass dividers, which might be tricky if travelling with a friend rather than family.

It was charming , spotlessly clean , and in a fantastic area .. an excellent value for the money paid ! The staff ( esp Medina $ was kind and Hospitable .. and so helpful !

I liked everything !

We loved the concierge, Muslem, he was so kind and helpful. He arranged transfers to the airport and made many recommendations for restaurants and things to see. The beds were very comfortable and the location fantastic - close to so many great restaurants but still quiet.

The Wi-Fi was very patchy on the 2nd floor. My niece was on the 3rd floor and she said it was completely fine there.

Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was good...with fresh foods

The Superior Room that we reserved was Really Small. We had 2 "carry on" bags...not big suitcases, and there was No where to open them up. We asked that the chair in the room could be removed, so that bee could use the folding luggage rack and open one of them.

Fabulous location for all of the sights. The interior design is beautiful and sympathetic to the style and age of the house giving a feeling of staying somewhere a bit special. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and polite.

Great reception staff, nice breakfast. Nice garden patio (it was dirty when we first got there, but got cleaned).

The shower door collapsed in a spray of glass shortly after my wife had showered, cutting her foot and leaving her very shocked. On our insistence, we were given a different and better room. That was booked the next day so we had to move back to the first room - without a shower door. As the hotel was full, I suggested they book us into a different hotel for the night. They didn't have the authority so gave us the owner's number. My wife phoned the owner, who refused to discuss it and hung up on her. So thats the attitude of the new owner (no longer the original family owners still on the website). No hair dryers in the rooms.

Had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Owners/staff were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was exceptional. The hotel looks insignificant from the road but is beautiful inside and has full hotel amenities. Less than ten minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, and only slightly more to the tram stop and Topkapi Palace. Many restaurants just a short walk away.. We highly recommend this hotel.

Situated in a predominantly residential type area it was quiet and only a few minutes walk up to the Blue Mosque, and therefore easy access to all the main sights.The staff were excellent. Always eager to please.Had a great homely feel to the property.

Staff was really kind and helpful. Location was unbeatable as the premise is a few steps from the main attractions. However, the room is very small and it needs a refurbishing as it is old. The shower head was even broken. For the amount of money we spent we were expecting something better.

The Hotel was wonderful in every way. Staff were courteous and on hand with any questions and bookings we needed. Location was spot on for all the beautiful sites such as The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc.Breakfast had a lovely fresh choice, and eggs were made to order.Turkish tea and cake are available in the afternoon, and help yourself.We booked the standard double, which, in my opinion, is very beautiful and has easy access to the patio area.A beautiful old world building traditionly showcasing Turkish charm.Loved it.
